Custom Lane, Leith. It's just to the right of the oldest Custom House in Scotland, which was designed by Robert Reid and built between 1810 and 1812, with alterations in 1825 by William Burns. It was built as an administrative centre for the collection of dues on goods traded through the Port of Leith.
